Refund and Cancellation

1. Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation of their booking by contacting our customer support team or by emailing us at **support@urbanyatras.in**.
Cancellation Charges Breakdown:
Token Amount
Non-refundable. Adjusted against future booking within 365 days.
45 Days or More
70% Refund | 30% Cancellation Fee
30 Days Before
50% Refund | 50% Cancellation Fee
15 Days Before
30% Refund | 70% Cancellation Fee
Within 7 Days
No refund will be applicable.
Peak Season
No refunds applicable during festive/long weekends.
2. Cancellation by Urban Yatras
In rare situations where Urban Yatras is unable to operate a confirmed trip due to unavoidable circumstances, operational issues, or supplier unavailability, we will offer a suitable alternative arrangement or a full refund for the affected services.
**Transportation:** For Tatkal train bookings, if the ticket remains unconfirmed, the applicable train booking amount will be refunded.
3. Refund Policy
All eligible refunds will be processed after verification and approval. Refunds are generally processed within **15 to 45 working days** from the date of approval. Please note that the time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment method.
4. Important Notes
- Refunds, if any, will be processed through the original mode of payment.
- Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, and taxes (if applicable) may be non-refundable.
- Urban Yatras reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
